Libby is befriended by another chambermaid while shivering at a trolley stop, who gets her a job at grand luxury hotel the Fairmont Copley. Soon, she notices a guest at the hotel, Francis Key, a composer sequestered at the Fairmont to write an inspiring patriotic ballad for the struggling American troops. If she could only figure out how to meet him, perhaps he could help her sing...
