The city's rat population is on the rise - but so is the feral cat population

A new study from MMPC Pest Control finds there are an estimated three million rats in the five boros - a 50 percent increase from a decade ago. 

But - the Daily News reports the city's feral cat population has also increased substansially over the last 3 years.
