Xiomara Cabrera - Dancer and Dance Instructor for the Ballet Quisqueya was an influencial mentor for the host of Salty Coffee Podcast.  Xiomara tells her story of migrating to New York City - the Washington Heights section of Manhattan and how influencial Dominicans were during the 80s in creating history to be the first Dominican Republic parade and dance non profit organization.  

Xiomara is now an independent dance instructor for students of all ages from as young as 3 to 85.  Yes....85!
