Love. If love is who we are, why is it so often elusive? Our mind disconnects us from the natural state of love. What can we do to re-establish this state and flow of love? It's all about balance, both within us and outside us. When we are in balance and in our state of love we are gifting everyone and everyone with this beautiful energy. Once we discover how to come back into balance, we can enjoy love everyday. Love within is the most powerful state. Love is a simple state of grace.
We can always share love and compassion, it's free and the most wonderful gift to give. So today can I walk in love and compassion and stay in my body and be conscious and mindful of love?
