In his first few weeks in office, the President has already set his sights on the state's high-speed rail program, the Presidio Trust, and even the Nancy Pelosi Federal Building as ways to save the government money. He's also threatened to put conditions on the state to receive federal disaster relief following the Southern California wildfires.
