I'm all about forgiveness and mercy, for all. You can't have any of it unless there is acknowledgement of the wrong, and a genuine appology (this can be substituted for an mechanism that prevents a repeat performance). To be qualified is to be trusted...no more qualification requirements. Decentralization of medicine, no arguments, and suspended sentences would be a must for all involved.
