Giving Tuesday was created based on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and provides an opportunity to give to your favorite charity, non-profit, or community based organization. Tracy Arnold, CEO of the Arnold Place, spoke to us about her non-profit organization which will open in the Spring of 2015. Arnold Place will be a home and safe haven for HIV positive young girls between 14-22. Ms. Arnold shares what inspired her to start the organization and her strong need to give back. She has a donation campaign on Indiegogo and she has partnered with Uber in which a portion of a new Uber rider's payment will be donated back to Arnold Place. Ms. Arnold is also collecting empty waste containers (shampoos, lotion, etc.), shoes, and clothes to assist her organization.
