The State Board of Elections announced Tuesday they will not order a full hand recount of ballots in race for the North Carolina Supreme Court. This after a partial recount resulted in additional votes for the leading candidate Allison Riggs. The board is meeting today to hear protests from Jefferson Griffin, who is asking the board to disqualify thousands of voters.
