Today I’m speaking with Ron Williams. I don’t even know how to begin introducing him. He’s an internationally decorated bodybuilder, former Mr. Universe, Former Professor of Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, Pastor, Master Fitness Trainer for the Army, Author of several books, including Faith & Fat Loss, Developer of the Iron Chest Master and personal coach.

But what’s so incredible is Ron’s humility and humbleness. His faith is clearly the cornerstone of all he has done. If you saw him you might assume a few things...just like the saying. You might assume he’s had quite a rosy life. You might assume he has no grace for imperfect eating or a missed workout. And you might assume his focus is all about looks. These would all be false assumptions. You’re going to really appreciate all Ron has to say, much of which he also discusses in his book Faith and Fat Loss.
