Many cities are looking at innovative ways to replenish revenues their businesses lost during the height of the pandemic. 

The latest idea that's getting off the ground in San Francisco: high-priced, private restaurants, They're coming to the Trans-America Pyramid next year and could have six-figure membership fees.
