Today’s guest Sabina Read is ALL kinds of wonderful! From the world of public relations and a journey that saw her move from Melbourne to San Francisco to London and then back to Melbourne to study her first love psychology, her story has it all.

Fast-forward two decades, and Sabina is now navigating an empty nest, although two more rescue dogs are firmly ensconced in her pack. When she's not counselling clients, commentating on radio and TV, keynoting to corporates, or planning the next Human Cogs podcast, she delights in buying make-up she doesn't need, walking kilometres with old and new friends, stretching her freshly minted 50-year-old body on a Pilates reformer, chasing the sun, dancing like nobody's watching, and singing into a makeshift microphone dreaming of been 'the blonde one' from ABBA.
