Hey there, zany ones! My buddy Dr Anj is back, and we have a doozy of a comic for you! Can Batman and Wildcat defeat the crazed Joker? What does a dog named Spot have to do with this caper? We get some prison action (no, not THAT kind of action!), as Ted Grant boxes an inmate, and an infectious disease threatens to kill a prison full of inmates! All of this, plus Anj reveals his secret origin with this comic.
