Writing an email to my email list every Tuesday just doesn't work for me, nor does recording podcast episodes on the 3 Wednesday of every month or creating a reel every Tuesday and Thursday.

this kind of consistency doesn't flow for me...

I either don’t know the day of the week and so 'kind of' forget, or I feel like recording podcast episodes at the weekend but feel like I shouldn’t because it’s the weekend so I can’t work…. or can I?
