This week, Chris sat down with one of his previous co-workers, Kennewick Police Officer Sebastian "Zebbie" Castilleja. Zebbie shares about a rough upbringing that led to amazing mentors. He also shares about standing outside of the crowd of peer pressure in high school, but then stepping into the alcohol scene as a young police officer. This episode was full of great leadership takeaways from a union leader who loves the people he serves.
