In the main episode, Ryan talks about defining the dissonance, that feeling of something wrong with education.
As a Visionary Leader, you need to be able to define the dissonance. Ryan asks you three questions to help you find, fix, and then solve the dissonance. Ryan will also give you several ideas for solving the dissonance in your own school. Everyone's dissonance might be different. The science teacher will likely have a different dissonance than the English teacher.
