In this vulnerable episode, Tori and Victoria share their stories of growing up surrounded by diet culture, how companies use shame to make us actively hate our bodies, and what we can do to fight back. Victoria is the host of RealPod, and the Founder & CEO of the mental health non-profit, The Hidden Opponent, which supports college athletes in their mental health journeys.
