I walk you through what fear really is (spoiler alert, it's not even real), how we're conditioned to live in a world governed by fear, and I give you some of my most powerful questions and exercises to get yourself out of fear and into action. I talk about dancing with fear, navigating it with grace and how to know the difference between being out of your comfort zone and being out of alignment.
Fear will govern all of your decisions unless you choose something different, and in this episode I walk you through exactly how to do that using your Human Design and other resources.
