The new film has fans buzzing, especially after Yamazaki's recent meeting with Marvel’s Kevin Feige, suggesting that the MCU may be drawing some inspiration from his monster masterpiece.

In other exciting horror news, David Cronenberg’s classic The Fly is getting an original follow-up film, directed by Nikyatu Jusu for 20th Century Studios and Chernin Entertainment. While not a remake, this new addition will explore new body horror in the world Cronenberg created.
