We are finally wrapping up the week with an episode on self-efficacy, and a recap of everything else that we covered this week.  Quick side note, it's been a really busy weekend so this episode may sound different because it's being posted a little later than usual from my makeshift studio at home so... yeah.  Anyway, very quickly in this episode I will go over self-efficacy and how it differs from self-esteem... and why you need both (along with the other three) to be solid in order to improve yourself.  My goal this week was not to give you some full blown course in self-development or anything like that. My goal was to expose you to different aspects of yourself so you can pay attention to whether or not these elements are actually improving when you DO go and listen to self-development podcasts or read self-help books.  So I really do hope I was able to bring you some type of good while doing this series and I want feedback about it!
