This is the first episode of the podcast! I'm very excited to start this new journey! My hope is that this podcast will help you to find joy in your life and make a difference in your home, community, and also your personal relationship with yourself! I'll be sharing personal experiences, stories, and tips that have helped me to do this. Episodes will be uploaded every week on Mondays (except this one because it's my launch episode).
I hope that the Y.I.E.L.D. mindset will make a profound difference in your life as you live it like it has for me. Here's the acronym in all its breadth and glory.

This acronym has helped me to take greater advantage of opportunities that are before me and to help out others in small and simple ways that end up making an amazing difference (see Alma 37:6-7 in the Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ). Mosiah 3:19 in the Book of Mormon talks about how amazing yielding to the promptings of the Spirit is for our own lives, and that is where the inspiration for the Y.I.E.L.D. acronym and mindset came from.
