Season 1 Episode 25  In this episode, I chat with Ryan Mendonca, the head mens soccer coach at the University of Windsor!  Ryan is in the process of rebuilding the Lancer mens soccer program and gives us a glimpse into the pathway he has put in place to create positive momentum. Ryan is a firm believer that culture is crucial to his program's success.  He shares his thoughts on culture, as well as some of the things his staff and players do to build a family connection.  The use of journals, book clubs, discussion groups and more have become the norm for the mens Lancer soccer program. We touch on a number of other things, including the dynamics of coaching the mens soccer program at Windsor while his brother, Daniel, coaches the women's program.
