Wouhw this is the fist show of office hours i lissen to, there is a lot more in this show then i thought. i like to make a joke and say: This show sounds like a "podcasting 2.1-rc1 board room ". Double boost! Tell me if I'm crazy. Previously I produced my show using mumble with multi track recording output and painstakingly editing the resulting tracks in audacity. Now I record live and edit nothing similar to a twitch stream + vod with my co-hosts in a Jitsi meet room, recording and streaming at the same time with OBS, using my desktop PC running Manjaro. Do you think this move is smart or reckless?

Really appreciate the discussion podcast production. I've been making my own show casually for a few years to a small audience and recently switched to v4v. Question - what are you using for a soundboard during the boost segments?

Brent, what strategies did you use to learn coding and what have you (like hugo and whatnot)? I am trying to learn some dev stuff and am looking for strategies to start coding!

Maybe build a beefy server and have it be the main aggregator of all streams using NDI, Teleport, ReaStream, or SRT (a new thing just found) that way the endpoints are flexible, and the final output is the only "appliance" you need to worry about. (Going to mail in full feedback)

Double Boost! I have seen a variety of NUC-like boxes with AMD Ryzen APUs. I feel like something like that would be closer to what you are looking for.
