RED Quick Bite #43: The Trifecta at Splitsville in Disney Springs
It’s a FLASHBACK!
RUN
In June, we started the Run Disney Virtual Running Shorts Race Series. This is an Incredibles-themed series of 5ks this summer. Complete one in June, July, and August plus get a bonus medal. While you can do a virtual race anywhere, we heard about the Bourbon Experience at Disney Springs during the months of May and June.
EAT
While we were there, we discovered that Disney Springs had special pairings at various restaurants during this experience. We did not try any food at Splitsville, but we want to go back because the vibe and atmosphere are really cool. They have burgers, sushi, and even Kimchi Fried Rice.
DRINK
Splitsville had a drink called the Trifecta made with 100-proof Old Forester Kentucky Straight Bourbon. It is not your typical Old Fashioned type of beverage. It had nice spices that reminded me of fall. The Trifecta was one of our favorites.
