With your phone, you can connect with friends at almost any time. But, your phone could also distract you from connecting with those right in front of you!

So, in some instances, you may be accessible, but does it keep you from being available to others? 

So, as you go throughout your week, think about this:

How can you be not only ACCESSIBLE… but also AVAILABLE to those you care about?
