In this month of April we will be discussing our health from different aspects. First up is your mind health. Our last guest, Juliana Bitarabeho, so eloquently said that everything starts with health, no matter how much you are empowered, if you are not healthy you will not progress. Our guest today takes this statement even further by saying it all starts in the mind. This is a woman who was originally a fitness coach but the more she worked with people, she realised that once the root cause of a client's problem was resolved in their mind, then they would see lasting change.
Vuyi is such a lively orator. Her energy is infectious. We had a passionate discussion about her personal journey of having to make the difficult decision to leave her home country. We also talked about how to unlearn and reprogram our minds to work in our favour. She shared some interesting views about how culture should be incorporated in our lives.

Communication Systems Management, Ohio University, USA and HNC Health, Fitness & Exercise, from Aberdeen College, Scotland. Vuyi is passionate about women empowerment through wealth creation to build legacy. She is on a mission to make people understand the power of their words.
