This interview with Slavoj Zizek was meant to be the moment when the channel stopped obsessing about the brutal bombings on Gaza and the intractable conflict between Israel and Palestine and returned to theory. This was not to be. Zizek had a lot on his mind regarding the allegations of anti-semitism that he faced, the strange embrace of Hamas in some quarters of the left, and the need to think during a time of crisis.
