In the Spring of 2014, 8-year-old Relisha Rudd was a vibrant young lady full of so much personality.  She was a 2nd grader living in Washington D.C.  Despite her bright personality, Relisha had a rough home life.  After many unexcused absences from school, the school began asking questions only to learn that Relisha was sick and being taken care of by a Dr. Tatum.  Eventually the truth would come out that Relisha was missing.
