Read 6. "I'm Just Doing My Job". Excerpt from "The most dangerous superstition" by Larken Rose
Jul 7 2022 • 20m 13s
Show Notes
We explore a series of things including:
- "I'm just doing my job" syndrome
- The idea of a "Law Enforcer"
- Morality
- Free Will
And what I think is one of the most poignant points, the fact that the most dangerous thing people can do is not malevolence or violence, but blindly obeying orders.
This is a fantastic book
I hope enjoy the excerpt.

Great excerpt, I will have to check out this book. I think when a leader actually has good judgment then there is no need for blind obedience. Today we have a big problem with leaders who lack judgment, or their judgment has been corrupted. When a leader has good judgment, people who can think critically will follow for their own benefit rather than for the leader’s benefit

I left my 20 yr career because I refused to follow authority. I’m jobless and the happiest I’ve ever been. Thanks for the read!
