As we have seen in episode 2, we don’t have the same type and the same quality of energy all the time. Our energy is cyclic and that’s a beautiful thing. Not being “consistent” is very natural. Each of the 4 elements (Water, Wood, Fire, Metal) symbolize a different type of energy and we have already talked about the potency of the Water Element in the previous episodes.
