Welcome to Episode number 32, everyone!

Today's episode is about this idea of getting ahead. This was the topic and almost the full focus of an entire group coaching call a few weeks ago in my program, the Productive and Peaceful Life. It was so hugely impactful for all of us students in the group, that I wanted to share some of the insights on the podcast because I think all of you can benefit from it too.

For many of us, the mindset of getting ahead is a scarcity of time mindset. I want to point out a couple of things that are problematic with this mindset and I'm going to give you ways to access some of that thinking so that you can write it down and pull it out and use it for yourself anytime you want.
