Hi friends, it's been over 1 year since we've recorded a podcast episode, so in Episode 62 we're covering updates from over the past year, as well as an epiphany that I had over the past couple of weeks. I've been super busy trying to up my game and develop healthier habits in many aspects of my life, and through this hyper focused season I'm going through, I had an important epiphany I'd like to share.
