Luke 19:1-10

Often in the gospels, whether they realize it or not, people come to Jesus in deep need. Jesus gets to the heart of things, and offers what they need most, and he does the same with us. Our series for the semester is Encountering Jesus, a look at how Jesus addresses our deepest needs. 

This week, we look at Jesus and Zacchaeus, and how Jesus offers Zacchaeus kindness before he gets his life together, and before he has any chance to prove himself. In the same way, God saves us in his incredible kindness, and offers us real joy and real change.
