Brother Carlos Salas, O.P. preaches during Vespers on Amos 6:1A, 4-7 for the Twenty-sixth Sunday of Ordinary Time.  Br. Carlos reminds us of God's omnipresence and especially of God's presence in the poor we encounter each day.  Jesus Christ himself became poor for our sake. We owe it to him to sit up and take notice of God and his work among the least of us.  We cannot just ignore them or walk away.
