Tay pioneered 'Tay's Way' in 2014 which originally started as a wellness blog as she began sharing her own holistic health journey which then naturally evolved into the global 'Tay's Way Movement' after her blog gained momentum when she became consistently vocal about why we should always have the FREEDOM TO CHOOSE what goes into our sacred bodies, especially our children's.
