In between interviews with friends and some reflection from two months of not posting much Jared reflects on three thoughts that have taken up a lot of mental space. #1 is comparison to others, #2 is the overall sensation of not feeling good enough and #3 is feeling like no impact is being made in life and in the world of mental health. These are real struggles. The solution: take some action. Just move towards acting. Speak up. Start talking. This episode is dedicated to those that are speaking up right now. Heavily influenced by Leo Flowers and Before You Kill Yourself Podcast, and Matt Haig's books Reasons to Stay Alive, and the Midnight Library. Taking responsibility for as much of life as you can when it comes to mental illness is a profound truth and something Jared tries to live by. Also, it is the life of Christ that impacts and influences us. He also took action each and everyday.
