They have three main business lines: federal consulting, development, and investment and asset management. Their federal consulting business advises owners on attracting or retaining the federal government as a tenant. In their development business, they specialize in building mission-critical facilities for federal and state governments, as well as corporate built-to-suit projects. Their investment and asset management business includes a single tenant strategy and a government adjacent private sector strategy.When it comes to solving problems, Jeff emphasizes the importance of brainstorming and open communication within the team. They prioritize finding solutions that solve specific pain points and improve internal processes. Jeff also discusses their approach to technology, focusing on finding solutions that solve specific problems rather than adopting technology for the sake of it.
