Bass Webb went to the Bourbon County Detention Center and tried to run over two prison guards, striking one. He told them that he had just cut off his ex-girlfriend’s head, Bryia Runiewicz. After a brief police chase Webb was taken into custody. While in court, Webb also spit in the face of Bourbon District Judge Vanessa Dickson. While incarcerated the bones of Sabrina Vaughn were discovered. Webb was a former boyfriend, and was charged with her murder as well. All told, he is currently serving several sentences for assault and murder.
