Iven Vian is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Anthem Capital. Having retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Air Force after 20 years, he is passionate about the operational excellence and execution of his apartment communities and their impact on their surrounding communities.
Retired Air Force Lt Col, Flew B-1 Bombers for 20years, attended the Air Force Academy. Built a real estate portfolio on the side while serving in the Air Force. Started with a single family. Sold 99 investment homes in 2 years as an investor realtor.
Owned 30 Single Family homes. Started Anthem Capital 7 years ago with my partner Tariq Sattar. Iven has been involved in real estate for 15 years and has owned 3700 units. He has applied the skills he learned while serving in the US Air Force for 20 years to operational excellence and business plan execution.
Iven’s mission is to grow Anthem Apartments to 300 communities and donate $2.5M in profits to charity by 2030.
