College of William & Mary student Emily O'Keefe has been leading the charge on campus to raise awareness for a carbon fee and dividend plan to address climate change. Championed by Citizens Climate Lobby, O'Keefe is incredibly passionate about the environment and partnered with CCL's William & Mary student chapter to increase the policy's visibility among Tribe students.
