She also author of the brand new "Spark Your Heart, Engineering Empathy In Your Organization," published by Forbes Books. In this conversation, we discuss her career as a chemical engineer, how she came to write a book about empathy, her work with companies and how to bring empathy into the boardroom and company culture.
