One roadblock to holy living is the fact that a person CAN'T live holy. The flesh is hardwired to disobey God and has desires that directly oppose God's. In order to successfully live a life that is right before God, humans access God's power and ability. Through it, a person can finally deny fleshly desires and live in complete holiness.
