Tony Rodarte’s last assignment before he retired from law enforcement was homicide, and the stressors of the job left his wife encouraging him to seek help for the pressure.

He didn’t. Until after he retired, and once he got assistance he realized what a difference it made in his quality of life. Soon after, he and his wife Melody started Compassion Alliance, a nonprofit designed to provide free, confidential assistance and trauma counseling
