It’s that time of year again! In today’s episode, I’m revealing my phrase for 2022, and how I intend to harness its power in the new year. While past years of this practice have been more helpful than others, now more than ever feels like the time to plaster mantras on the walls that inspire us to find a little more magic in every day.  I’m also talking about all things change and how to navigate it.
