Meghan Slavin is a physical therapist and ultra runner. She comes on the podcast to discuss how she got into running, her first 100 mile race at Javelina Jundred, what it is like being coached by James Bonnett and being the first female to complete fastest known time (FKT) of the Hole-to-Hump. It is a run that starts at the Grand Canyon (elevation - 2500') and ends at the summit of Mt. Humphreys (elevation - 12,633'-Arizona's highest point) covering over 70 miles with a time of just over twenty one hours.
