NO SPOILERS! In the NEW Batman film, mobster boss The Pinguin actually demonstrates some positive leadership skills (for a criminal). I'm going to break it down, pointing out the good things this boss did, even if he's a really, really bad guy. This might sound like an extreme example of executive decision-making, so I back this up with a real-world example that has stuck with me for years. Shout out to Chef Bruce Rinehart of the Rococo Restaurant Group for this how-to-do-it example. You can learn lessons from superheroes, super villains and real-world examples that make a connection with customers, clients or employees. Let's talk about it.
