This is a great activity for families and individuals who like to enjoy the outdoors. The Doctor also shared his tips on finding a good doctor. He said to make sure the doctor is board certified and has lots of experience in treating your specific medical condition. He also gave a lot more tips but you'll have to listen for yourself for the rest of the good stuff. Don't do what the fat guy does...he found one doctor from a TV ad and another from the back of the yellow pages.
