Happy Saturday! I am here in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ with my fiance soaking in the sun and relaxing. My next guest has overcome her own personal battles with alcohol and has turned it into a dynamic story to help others. Please welcome Mary Wagstaff! 

After a long 20 year relationship with alcohol, as the Mistress of Margaritas, I finally realized… this boozy lifestyle just wasn’t working for me. But I wasn’t interested in a life of labels, shaming, and deprivation. 

I was a health educator, yoga and fitness instructor and mindfulness coach. I love adventure, movement and LIFE! The two worlds of booze and wellness had collided and I knew where the real living was, and it wasn’t in the bottle.

So, I did things my own way. 

Hi. My name is Mary Wagstaff, and I’m a Holistic Alcohol Coach. 

I don’t work with blame, dates or labels. 

And I don’t work in secret. 

My clients aren’t afraid to step out into the light and say, “Yes, I want a life that includes less alcohol, better health, more freedom and joy, without excuses.”
