As many of us are aware, there is so much unfairness in the investing world. The rich and powerful have access to investing products and avenues that the average retail trader or individual has nowhere near as much access to. 

I think there is so much unfairness in the investing world, and today I discuss how to democratize it, and go over some of the imbalances such as: 

- Trading Windows
- Raising equity for a small business (rather than debt financing) 
- IPOs for accredited investors
- Partial Asset Ownership
- Private equity firms with lower capital costs bidding against Americans for single-family homes
