When I think about my life over the last ten years I've done a lot of self-development I read hundreds of book, I've been to dozen and dozen of seminars probably over a hundred seminars. I've hired dozen and dozen of coaches in business, in fitness and life coaching etc. I've been through many many online training courses. Listened to a lot of audio programs, watched a lot of You Tube videos, podcasts, audio books etc. I've done a lot of work.
