Episode 56: Reflections on the 8 year Anniversary of my Heart Attack on January 17, 2016
In this episode I do what has become a yearly tradition of taking time for reflection, time to practice gratitude and time to keep saying yes when opportunities present themselves. When you lean in to something difficult or scary and you say yes anyway….that is when the magic happens.
So in 2024 I will continue to say YES, I will continue to work on myself and do the difficult work that still needs to be done. I will continue to work with my therapist and I will continue to be fucking amazing and I will continue to THRIVE!!
